1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By submitting your song and completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding and outlines the terms of our service, including revenue share, rights, and obligations.

2. SERVICE OVERVIEW
8D Records will create an 8D remixed version of your submitted track and distribute it across streaming platforms. You will receive revenue based on the package selected at the time of submission.

3. PACKAGE OPTIONS & REVENUE SHARE

• 100% Revenue Package ($100)
  ✅ You receive a professionally remixed 8D version of your song.
  ✅ You retain 100% of all revenue & royalties.
  ✅ Your song will be ready for release within 7 days.
  ✅ We handle distribution & royalty collection.
  ✅ Your song receives social media promotion to expand its reach.
  ✅ Your track will be added to the top of our playlists.
  ✅ You keep full rights to your original song.
  ✅ You earn from both your original and 8D version.

• 50/50 Revenue Split Package ($55)
  ✅ You receive a professionally remixed 8D version of your song.
  ✅ You retain 50% of all revenue & royalties.
  ✅ Your song will be ready for release within 14 days.
  ✅ We handle distribution & royalty collection.
  ✅ Limited social media promotion.
  ✅ Your song will be added to our playlists.
  ✅ You keep full rights to your original song.
  ✅ You earn from both your original and 8D version.

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• All payments are final. Once a song is submitted and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• If there is an issue with your submission (e.g., an unusable file), we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

• You confirm that you own all necessary rights to the song submitted and have the authority to grant 8D Records permission to remix, distribute, and monetize the track.

• 8D Records does not claim ownership of your original track; you retain full rights to your music.

6. DISTRIBUTION & EARNINGS

• Earnings will be distributed to you based on the revenue share selected at submission.

• 8D Records will distribute your track on various streaming platforms and manage royalty collection on your behalf.

• Revenue is paid via DistroKid, and a DistroKid account is required for payment. We do not handle payments.

7. SONG SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Only high-quality audio files (WAV or MP3) will be accepted.

• Submissions must not contain copyrighted samples or third-party material unless you have explicit rights to use them.

• We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our quality or content guidelines.

8. RELEASE TIMELINES & CHANGES

• Once submitted, your song will be scheduled for release based on your selected package.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party streaming platforms.

• Once a release is scheduled, it cannot be altered or retracted.

9. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• 8D Records is not liable for any claims, disputes, or legal actions related to the submitted track.

• You agree to indemnify and hold 8D Records harmless from any claims arising from copyright infringement, unauthorized use of samples, or other legal disputes.

10. TERMINATION

• 8D Records reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you breach any terms, including but not limited to submitting unauthorized content.

• In the event of termination, any unpaid revenue will be forfeited.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

• 8D Records reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
