These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between OnBeat Limited, trading as 8D Records (“Label”), and the artist (“Artist”) regarding the creation and delivery of a premium 8D audio remix.

1. Services Provided

• The Label agrees to create a high-quality 8D audio remix of the Artist’s submitted track.

• The final remix will be delivered in a format suitable for streaming and distribution.

2. Payment

• The total cost for the Premium 8D Remix is $100.

• Payment must be made in full before work begins.

3. Ownership & Rights

• The Artist retains 100% ownership of the original track, including composition and master recording.

• Once payment is received, the Artist owns the 8D remix outright and may distribute it as they see fit.

• The Label does not claim any rights or revenue from the 8D remix.

4. Delivery

• The completed 8D remix will be delivered within 7 business days from receipt of payment and all required files.

5. Refunds & Revisions

• All sales are final once work has begun, and no refunds will be issued.

• If technical issues arise, one minor revision may be provided at the Label’s discretion.

6. General Terms

• The Artist confirms they have the necessary rights to submit the track for remixing.

• The Label is not responsible for any copyright claims or disputes related to the original track.

7. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
