Terms & Conditions

By completing the form you agree to this Agreement, you are accepting the terms and conditions below, so please read and understand them completely before doing so. Once you do so, this Agreement will automatically become effective (the “Effective Date”).

Your Song

• The song must be original and you must own the music. 
• You permit 8D Records to mix an 8D version of your song and release it worldwide on our record label.
• We will release the song as 8D Music, for example –  Bad Habits (8D Audio) – 8D Music, Ed Sheeran
• The song(s) will be released on digital download and streaming services and sites listed here.

Earnings and Revenue

• A Distrokid account is required and royalty payments to you will be made via Distrokid.
• To collect your earnings you will need to sign up to Distrokid. For more info click here.
